1. The Process of Order by Phone:
Make an order by phone---A salesman passes back the order, which is equivalent to the seller's purchase order, to confirm the contract---The Purchase Department/ the Production Department follow up the manufacturing schedule. --- Arrange the shipment according to procedures. ---Logistics (All the freight will be for the seller’s account and the goods will be delivered by the designated forwarder or transportation company declared by the seller.)
2. The Process of Goods Repair
1) Please indicate the reasons of maintenance or return of goods in writing so as to help us check and repair our products and improve our services.
2) The name of the company and contact information must be indicated on the returned goods so that it is convenient for our salesman to follow up the repair and maintenance work.
